Greenbank is central—but not close to everything

Greenbank makes Coupeville, Meerkerk Gardens, and Greenbank Farm easier to combine with South Whidbey. The tradeoff is the drive home after a Langley dinner and the longer run to the Clinton ferry. If you plan several nights out in Langley, the quiet may not repay the repeated driving.

Ask before booking

Ask whether the driveway is steep, whether a low car can manage it, and whether parking allows a turnaround. For waterfront homes, ask for the number and condition of beach stairs and whether the shore is usable at high tide. Confirm cell and Wi-Fi reliability if anyone must work. Read the property’s well, septic, trash, and burn-ban rules rather than treating them as generic fine print.
