Make the show the fixed point

Theater, Film & Performing Arts

Anchor a South Whidbey evening with current programming from WICA, local theater, film, and seasonal performance organizers, then plan dinner and ferry timing.

South Whidbey’s cultural calendar is strongest when you start with a real performance time, then build the evening backward. Whidbey Island Center for the Arts, the Clyde Theatre, seasonal theater, and festival organizers each maintain their own current schedules.

Before buying a ticket

Confirm venue, start time, parking, and late-seating policy. Reserve dinner with enough space to pay and walk to the venue. If the same evening includes a ferry crossing, use an earlier sailing than the arithmetic minimum.

After the show

Do not assume late-night food or transportation. Know how you are returning to lodging before the performance starts.
